Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you will love our products; however should you feel the need to request a return or exchange a purchase, below is our company policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to sanitary regulations. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for our handmade products. However, we will be glad to issue an exchange or store credit to be used on a future order. 

Sale items (if applicable)

All sale items are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued on sale items. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with your request and photographs of the damaged item. Once everything has been reviewed by our team, an email will be sent with our decision to approve or deny your request for an exchange or store credit. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive the replacement item or store credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the exchange or store credit to the gift giver. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will do our best to process replacements right away.
